    The Intentional AI Style (IAS) framework bridges the gap between plausible outputs and intentional outcomes.

    IAS is built on a straightforward principle: the quality of any AI interaction is determined by the strategic work done before engaging the AI — framing intent, priming perspective, and positioning human authority. We call this engineering an argument, and it is the core discipline that separates organizations generating plausible outputs from those achieving real competitive advantage.

    The course provides a shared grammar for your entire organization:

    Intent — Define the outcome, not the task. Most AI requests fail because they command an output rather than an argument. The Intent Primer shifts focus from "make me something" to "here's what we need to achieve and why."
    Human — Add your context, or the AI will hallucinate its own. Without explicit brand context, audience awareness, and organizational values, AI defaults to the statistical average. The Human Primer ensures your team's expertise, voice, and judgment stay in the driver's seat.
    Prompt — Build a specification, not a sketch. Ambiguity produces generic results. The Prompt Primer teaches structured, precise instructions — role, task, constraints — that produce predictable, on-brand outputs.
    Agile — Treat the interaction as a dialogue, not a command. A single prompt is a transaction. The Agile Primer establishes an iterative process of refinement that turns AI into a dialectic sparring partner — one that sharpens thinking rather than replacing it.
